Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Polar, our payment processor, under their standard buyer-protection terms. We don't set our own window; Polar is the merchant of record and processes refunds directly.
How to ask
Email support@innerloopapp.com with the email address you bought under. We'll start the refund with Polar on your behalf. You can also reach out to Polar directly through their support channels. You don't have to explain. If you want to share what missed, we read every reply, and it makes the next version better.
How fast
Once the refund is approved, Polar processes it through your original payment method. Your bank or card network may take a few extra days to surface the credit on your statement.
What we keep
Once the refund is processed, we delete the generated report from our system, both the web version and the PDF. Your quiz response stays anonymized in our content cache (it's hashed behind a one-way fingerprint; see the privacy policy). You can ask us to purge that too; we'll do it within 30 days.
