By using InnerLoop, you agree to these terms. They're shorter than most.
What InnerLoop is
A 12-question pattern test plus a generated report. The free preview is roughly 150 words; the paid report is 3,000 to 4,000 words.
What it isn't
The report is an insight tool, not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're working through something difficult, please see a qualified professional. AI-generated content has limits. Treat the report as a starting point for reflection, not a verdict.
Your account, your answers
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for keeping your sign-in code private. Don't share access or attempt to break things on purpose.
What you can do with the report
The report we generate for you is yours to read, save, and reflect on. You can quote from it personally; please don't republish it as your own commercial work or feed it into AI to train a model.
What we can't promise
We try hard to keep the service running and the content useful. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output, or any specific outcome from reading the report. If the generated report is something that misses the mark, that's what the refund window is for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Polar, our payment processor, under their standard buyer-protection terms. See the refund policy for how to request one.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract content at scale.
- Reverse-engineer our prompts.
- Use the service to harass anyone or generate content for someone else without their consent.
- Bypass payment, abuse the refund window, or create accounts in bulk.
We may suspend access if you do.
Changes
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. Material changes get an email to anyone whose email we have on file.
